As a public company, Harum Energy is required to have Corporate Secretary function, particularly to ensure the disclosure of company information with shareholders, stakeholders and the public, which function is carried out by the Corporate Secretary.
As Harum Energy’s liaison party with the public, the Corporate Secretary is responsible for constantly ensuring a good communication flow, one of which is by convening GMS and providing access to information about Harum Energy for the public.
Renny Soependi currently serves as the Corporate Secretary of Harum Energy.

Renny Soependi was appointed as Harum Energy's Corporate Secretary based on Decision of the Board of Directors dated December 1, 2022.
Prior to joining Harum Energy in 2021 as Legal Advisor, Renny worked as an associate at the Law Firm of Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung (2010 – 2021).
Renny obtained her bachelor’s degree in business law from Pelita Harapan University in 2010.
