Ray Antonio Gunara serves as the President Director of Harum Energy based on the Annual GMS Resolution dated August 25, 2020.
Prior to joining Harum Energy in 2007, Ray was an investment banker at Credit Suisse (2004 – 2007), Deutsche Bank (2001 – 2004) and PT Bahana Securities (1994 – 2001).
Ray holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Villanova University, USA and Lehigh University, USA, respectively. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh, USA.

Kenneth Scott Andrew Thompson serves as a Director of Harum Energy based on the Annual GMS Resolution dated August 25, 2020.
Scott previously worked at various international mining organizations, including Anglo American Corporation, South Africa (1992 – 1996), PT Adaro (1996 – 1999) and Marston & Marston, in Australia and USA (2000 – 2003). He has over 30 years’ experience in mine development and operations management.
Scott graduated from Camborne School of Mines, UK with honors in Mining Engineering and from University of Cape Town, South Africa with a master’s degree in business administration.

Hadi Tanjaya (Then Min Ho) serves as an Independent Director of Harum Energy based on the Annual GMS Resolution dated August 25, 2020.
Prior to joining Harum Energy in 2000, Hadi previously worked at PT Indomas Suseni Wijaya as Export Manager (1998 – 2000) and PT Nagamas Sakti Perkasa as Export Manager (1987 – 1997).
Hadi earned a diploma’s degree in accounting from Borobudur Accounting Academy, Jakarta.
In carrying out their duties and responsibilities in relation to the management of Harum Energy, the Board of Directors is guided by the Charter of the Board of Directors which was approved on November 30, 2015.
