In accordance with Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 effective on 1 October 2022 regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information and BEI Circular Letter No.SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 dated 29 May 2020 concerning Procedures for Organizing Electronic Public Expose, the Company hereby informs that the Public Expose of PT Harum Energy Tbk. (“Company”) submits notification of plans for the Company's 2024 Annual Public Expose (“2024 Public Expose”) which will be held electronically at:

Time                     : 10.30 - 11.30 Western Indonesian Time

Venue                  : Live Video Conference through the Company’s Zoom application

Agenda               : Presentation on the Company’s Business Activities and Financial Performance  as of 31 March 2024

The 2024 Public Expose will be attended by delegation of the Company's Board of Directors and management.

The registration procedures to participate in 2024 Public Expose are as follows:

1. Participants are required to register by filling in 2024 Public Expose registration form which is available at the link: Registration Form
2. Registration will close on Thursday, June 6 2024 at 12.00 WIB.
3. The Zoom link and passcode to access 2024 Public Expose will be sent to registered participants by the participant email listed in the registration formula.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the material for 2024 Public Expose will be submitted by the Company no later than 3 trading days before the date of 2024 Public Expose.
