Resignation of a Member of Board of Directors of PT Harum Energy Tbk.
PT Harum Energy Tbk. (the “Company”) has received a resignation letter from Mr. Peter Suwardi from his position as a Director of the Company on 26 July 2022.
Mr. Peter Suwardi was appointed as Director of the Company through a General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) of the Company held on, and his appointment was effective since, 25 August 2020 and further, his term of office will therefore be ended due to his resignation.
The Company will convene a GMS of the Company to resolve the resignation of a member of the Company’s Board of Directors as mentioned above at the latest 90 days from the receipt of such resignation letter. Any matters related to the GMS will be informed by the Company separately.
